how we ship
We generally ship items within two to three business days after the day you place your order. We ship via USPS First Class Package which typically takes two to five days for delivery within the U.S. We ship USPS First Class Package International for orders outside the U.S., which typically takes two to four weeks depending on the distance of the destination. Your shipping charges are determined during checkout and are calculated by the weight(s) and size(s) of the item(s) you ordered. We ship all items from our headquarters in Denver, Colorado. For expedited shipping, contact 303-500-6894 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll use a faster shipping option at your expense.
Colorado resident sales tax: You're charged Denver’s 8.31% sales tax. Out-of-state orders are not charged sales tax.
return policy: no returns except for mistakes or major defects not described in the item listing
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. Buyer accepts that unless stated as 'new,' items are pre-owned and will exhibit varying signs of wear. Due to different sizing methods by clothing brands, and due to the fact that computer and mobile device screens do not accurately convey color, we do not accept returns due to size, fit or color issues. Exceptions: Items may only be returned if 1) the wrong item was shipped, 2) the item size does not match the description, 3) the item has a major defect that was not disclosed in the item description. In these cases, buyer will supply photo evidence prior to return.
