Refund Policy: We Do Not Accept Returns And We Do Not Issue Refunds
Due to the nature of resale clothing, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. Due to different sizing methods by clothing brands, and due to the fact that computer and mobile device screens do not accurately convey color, we do not accept returns due to size, fit, color or preference issues. The buyer accepts that unless stated as 'new,' items are pre-owned and will exhibit varying signs of wear. Regardless of new tags or whether or not an item has been worn, all of our items are considered 'pre-owned' because we purchase them from prior owners instead of buying them new directly from manufacturers. Please review all listing information, photos and size or dimensions carefully prior to purchase. Exceptions
Items may only be returned in cases where FABULUX made a mistake with your order. In these cases, we ask the buyer to supply photo evidence of the size tag or defect prior to return. FABULUX will send you a return shipping label to put on the return package and we will pay for the shipping cost. Mistakes by FABULUX include these circumstances:
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The item size does not match the listing description.
- The item has a major defect that was not disclosed in the item description.
